The refund policy for all services sold by Gaia Internet (for customers only)

Refund Policy

1. All sales are final. No refunds; partial, complete or otherwise; neither in cash nor in kind will be made except in situations deemed as exceptional by Gaia.

2. We do offer revisions/edits and other provisions to work with our customers and satisfy them to ensure a happy service experience. However, refunds are rare and something
Gaia Internet is not bound to offer for any reason.

3. In exceptional cases, Gaia might refund. However, the resources used by Gaia or its partners (directly or indirectly) will be deducted from the total amount before the customer is refunded the balance, partially or otherwise. And the resources will be charged at Gaia’s full retail non-discounted rates.

4. To avoid such situations, Gaia offers free review copies/samples for most of its services and also allows small to large order sizes based on how comfortable the customer is with Gaia.

5. If a customer disputes a payment made to Gaia, without Gaia’s prior permission, the refund opportunity stands cancelled and Gaia isn’t bound to refund.
